About Kendra
I help Texas buyers, sellers, investors, and landowners make real estate decisions they will not regret. And I will tell you when walking away is the right call.
I am a South Texas native raising my own kids in the same type of community I grew up in. I earned a BBA with emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies from Texas State University, managed an office in the oil and gas industry, built a successful photography company from the ground up, and eventually found my way to real estate. The same instinct that drove all of it finally had a permanent home there. I like understanding how things actually work, then using that understanding to help people make better decisions.
I am the Team Lead of Nova Properties Team, working across residential, ranch and land, and investment properties throughout South and Central Texas. My current flagship listing is a nearly 487 acre South Texas ranch with diverse terrain, wildlife habitat, and water infrastructure. It is the kind of property that requires real evaluation, not just a walkthrough.
Before pursuing my real estate license, I flipped my first home at 27 and built my first home at 31. Since then I have purchased multiple investment properties and netted six figures on one of our very first foreclosure purchases. That hands on experience with renovation, staging, and what actually adds value to a property is something I bring directly into how I prepare listings and advise buyers.
My approach is simple. Most bad real estate outcomes are preventable with better information and better questions. I would rather tell a client the numbers do not work than help them close a deal they will regret. Emotional decisions and financial decisions are not the same thing, and I think a good REALTOR knows the difference.
